upcoming private party.  We specialize in excellent
service with fine Texas cuisine served up in one of the
most unique dining spots in the Texas Hill Country.
The Gristmill books private parties year round during
normal business hours in our private party rooms.
However, we do not take reservations.  We book our
rooms for special functions such as rehearsal dinners,
business dinners/luncheons, holiday parties, etc...

Pricing and availability for our private rooms varies
depending on time of year and time of day.  We
require large parties to order off of our pre-set party
menus.  However, customization of our party menus is
available.  Please contact the Event Coordinator for
menu customization options.
